Shipping Terms
We calculate shipping costs according to shipping weight and depending on the delivery country:

From an order value of €100.00, shipping is free of charge within Austria.
From an order value of €150.00, shipping is free of charge to Germany.
From an order value of €200.00, shipping is free of charge within the EU.
From an order value of €300.00, shipping is free of charge to Switzerland.
From an order value of €500.00, shipping is free of charge outside the EU.
Shipping costs for Austria, Germany, and the European Union already include VAT. For commercial customers from the EU (excluding Austria) with a valid VAT identification number (VAT ID), we do not charge VAT due to intra-Community supply (Austria -> EU), which reduces the specified prices by 20%. Shipping costs for Switzerland and international shipments (outside the EU) are net prices, as these deliveries are exempt from Austrian VAT as tax-free export deliveries. Due to higher customs clearance costs, we can only deliver to Switzerland cover-cost starting from a minimum order value of €50.00. Thank you for your understanding!

Through our online shop, we currently deliver to the following countries: Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, and Hungary.
We will be enabling additional countries in Europe in the near future. Please contact us if you would like us to activate your country early.
Delivery time is approx. 3–10 days, depending on the delivery destination and product. You can find the exact delivery times listed for each individual product. Delivery is made by post or courier service.
Payment Methods
Credit Card
You can pay conveniently and securely by credit card with us. Financial information for credit card transactions (card number, expiration date, etc.) is automatically forwarded using an encrypted protocol without coiffeurprofessional.com or third parties having access to it in any form.
Because sensitive information is transmitted exclusively in encrypted form to Stripe, the renowned provider for online payment processing, the security of your data is guaranteed. After your authorization as the legitimate cardholder, Stripe requests your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after the order is placed. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by the credit card company and your card is charged.
PayPal, PayPal Express
During the checkout process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, authorize with your access data, and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
Purchase on Account for Commercial Customers
You pay the invoice amount by bank transfer to our bank account within 8 days after receiving the goods and the invoice. We reserve the right to offer purchase on account only after a successful credit check.
Payment in Advance
After placing your order, you will receive an email containing our bank details and the invoice amount. Once your transfer has been received in our account, we will process and ship your order. If we do not receive payment within 8 business days, we will unfortunately have to cancel your order.
